Over the last 30 years, Joe has built a solid reputation as an innovative leader in the real estate industry. As a Principal of Turning Point, Joe's main focus is to ensure the highest level of performance from our company and consumer satisfaction to our clients.
In addition to his extensive management experience, Joe possesses particular strengths in the area of skilled negotiation and strategic marketing. He is also trained mentor, certified mediator, and sales trainer.
Twice named Owner of the Year by REMAX Central Atlantic, Joe pioneered and built one of the largest real estate offices in the RE/MAX network closing more than $400 million in annual sales. He also served seven years as a Director for the Metropolitan Regional Information Systems (MRIS), at the time, the country's largest multiple listing service.
Building great companies is gratifying work, but Joe is truly inspired by helping others achieve greater success, both in business and life. He co-founded the Giving Point Project that generates thousands annually in donations which support multiple local charities. He enjoys "building anything" and regularly participates in charitable home renovation projects. Joe loves being a proud father and "papa" to his granddaughter Vivienne.
