Mr. Titterington began his career as an Engineer, designing state-of -the art electronics equipment for the communications industry. From there, he went on to head numerous companies at the COO and then CEO levels in diverse industries, from high-tech & manufacturing to retail, food processing and multi-unit retail-foodservice. During that time he also found time to open and operate a fine-dining restaurant & lounge, as well as a thirty-eight unit foodservice operation. He has also successfully worked as a turnaround CEO, creating successful companies from failing operations. In addition, he has created two successful franchise operations and sold over one hundred franchise units.
Jeff Titterington holds Real Estate Broker’s licenses in both Florida and California. He has facilitated dozens of company sales and commercial real estate transactions, as well as Mergers & Acquisitions deals of up to $110 million in size. He has also negotiated over one hundred leases, in both lessor and lessee roles, and has raised significant sums from Private Equity, Venture Capital and banking sources.
Mr. Titterington enjoys the diversity of business & commercial real estate sales and has found that his considerable operations & financial experience allow him to quickly assimilate all aspects of any business, thereby facilitating the highly responsive fulfillment of client and buyer needs.
