Fran’s twenty plus year corporate career has spanned the factory floor to the boardroom and he is comfortable in either setting. At the Vice President level of a multinational company, Fran has led or had key roles in acquisition teams to acquire companies in the U.S. , Brazil , Mexico , Australia and China . Fran’s hands-on, practical approach has been successful in bringing together internationally diverse groups of individuals to organize and negotiate the offer, resolve difficult due diligence issues, and consummate deals.
