Mr. Breidenbach has been actively involved in mergers and acquisitions since 1988, first with public companies, and since 2001 with privately held firms.
Eric brings extensive cross-functional and multi-industry experience from twenty-three years in the telecommunications industry. His career with GTE (now Verizon) started in 1977 and included positions of increasing responsibility in manufacturing, information media and deregulated telephone operations. He held senior finance positions that encompassed the full breadth of traditional accounting and finance responsibilities plus operations planning and analysis, auditing, domestic and international acquisition and joint venture activities, as well as new product and business launches. He served as General Manager of two business units.
Eric received his undergraduate degree in Business Administration/Accounting from the University of Washington and earned an Executive MBA from Southern Methodist University. He is a CPA, a licensed Broker in Washington, and a member of the International Business Brokers Association.
Mr. Breidenbach is President of the Porsche Club of America’s Pacific Northwest Region, serves on the board of the Kirkland Concours d’Elegance (a volunteer based charity serving uncompensated children’s healthcare) and is a member of the Rainier Club.
