LBB Group specializes in transitioning people in and out of businesses. We are business intermediaries who help people buy and sell business, commercial real estate and investment properties. We are M&A Advisers as well, in which, we focus on business values above $5million. Our niche is helping the small business owner transition out of their business successfully and creating a win-win scenario for both sides.

We provide market-based business valuations, assist both sides on obtaining adequate financing, comprise an exit strategy for the sellers and work closely with other experts in various fields to get the clients the best advice possible. I am also a Business Banker with Business Finance Capital which caters to small business owners and allows us to streamline the banking process with buyers and sellers. Often the banking process can be painful and cumbersome thats why we assist our clients from beginning to end of the transition journey. We fund and provide loans to small and mid-cap companies looking to seek funding for their companies. We have access to all of the national lending institutions, accredited investors, and Private Equity Groups. We anonymously have banks compete against each other to serve the client the best deal. We want the loan borrower to get the best financing terms available. We do a fair amount of working capital loans under $250,000 and a tremendous amount of loans that exceed $1.5m. Our database is second to none along with the algorithms behind the various sites that provide matches between the borrower and the lending institution. We will often get loans funded within 45 days of loan submittal as we streamline underwriting and loan processing to better serve the business owner.

We specialize in transitioning people in and out of businesses whether it be an independent business or a franchise concept. When representing the seller we work very closely on analyzing their business, providing them with a market-based valuation of their business, construct an exit strategy for the business owner, assist the business owner with "next steps" after they sell their business and ultimately facilitate trying to find a buyer for their business. When assisting buyers for businesses we start by having them run through a personality profile to better aide us in identifying an industry and business for them. We look to better understand what is motivating them to buy and most importantly finding the right business for them to purchase.
We look to create a win-win scenarios between buyers and sellers. We are business owners ourselves operating multiple brands (30 units) for over 15 years so we know the process and we put ourselves in our clients' situation to get them the best offering. We believe our experience as business owners helps us be more effective Business Brokers and Advisors.
