Chris has over 30 years of experience with consultative lending to the healthcare industry, small businesses, commercial real estate lending and sales experience. He has also managed and sold multiple operating businesses while acting under court ordered receiverships.
Formerly, he was the FDIC Resolutions and Receiverships Corporate Manager responsible for asset management and asset marketing after the FDIC was named Receiver for failed banks. He has been a senior lender and special assets manager for banks in Virginia and Florida.
During his sales & lending career, Mr. Vick has originated, managed or resolved hundreds of millions of dollars of complex commercial real estate loans involving mixed use acquisition and development, hotels, retail, and high end residential. His experience also includes Commercial loan workouts, asset management and loan sales.
Mr. Vick also holds a Florida real estate salesperson’s license and was first licensed in Florida in 1991. He has also been licensed in Virginia. His experience includes business sales as well as commercial real estate management and sales.
