Mr. Jordan's business brokerage experience spans over fifteen years including the past seven years as Florida Real Estate Broker/Broker Sales Associate. He has personally been involved in over a hundred transactions ranging from “Main Street” businesses to complex multi-million dollar operations with both commercial real estate and business components.
This very specialized area of business expertise requires the ability to analyze financial statements, formulate a justifiable opinion of fair market value, confidentially market the business opportunity to qualified buyers and lead the sales process through financing and closing. He has worked closely with SBA lenders for both 7(a) loans and 504 loans on a number of transactions and recently closed an SBA transaction over $1.5MM in Q1 2015.
Mr. Jordan earned his Certified Business Intermediary (CBI) designation through the International Business Brokers Association and is one of less than thirty individuals in Florida to have earned this designation. He also holds credentials as a Certified Machinery and Equipment Appraiser and is a Florida Notary Public.
Mr. Jordan is active in local community organizations and holds his Private Pilot's License with Instrument Ratings and his Advanced Class Amateur Radio License.
