Since 1989 he has sold over 300 businesses ranging from home operated service companies, restaurants, auction houses, boat dealerships to several million dollar manufacturing companies. He has handled several 1031 exchanges for real estate. Josh came to the industry with an bachelors and MBA in Finance and offers a great deal of financial as well as business professionalism.
