Fred founded RMBA after an extensive failed search for a certain business following the sale of the national companies, Westquip Inc. and Equipment Direct, Inc. Fred saw the need for a broker that worked more in depth with buyers and sellers. Originally handling just franchises, demand caused Fred to expand to handle all businesses. Fred still maintains close ties to the franchsie industry for resales, new franchise start ups, and consulting with potential franchisors.
