Dorzok Realty was established in 1997 to fill the need for a real estate brokerage in western Florence County and the north eastern portion of Forest County, an area that was not being served. This is an very sparsely populated area in the Nicolet National Forest where the deer out-number the people. While vacant land, acreage and recreation property comprise the bulk of the properties sold by Dorzok Realty, we also participate in the sale of area businesses. BACKGROUND:
Mary Lou Dorzok, Broker, has been practicing real estate in Florence and Forest counties since 1994. She holds a Bachelor of Business Admininstration degree from the University of Wisconsin and has experience in business management, retailing, land development, accounting and computer operations. Mary Lou's hobbies and interests include hunting, trap shooting, business, quilting and sewing, cooking and baking, road trips and camping. She is a member of the National Rifle Association and the current treasurer of the Big 4+ Sportsmans Club in Long Lake, WI.
