Anthony M. Vincent spent over 30 years as an executive with four major manufacturing companies. He served as President of the Industrial Filtration Division of a public company and as VP Business Development coordinating M&A activities in the filtration and plastic industries. He received BSIE and BSBA degrees from U of Md and completed graduate work in business at two major universities.
George W. Sydnor, Jr. spent over 35 years in the Distribution Industry serving as CEO of The McGraw Group - an industrial distribution company with $65 million in sales - and completed many mergers and acquisitions. He served as President of the Industrial Distribution Association and as Chairman of the National Association of Wholesaler-Distributors. George is a Richmond native and received a BS in Civil Engineering from the Virginia Military Institute, served as an officer in the US Army, and received his MBA from the Darden School at the University of Virginia.
