Rich is an experienced senior executive who has held key leadership roles within national and international organizations. Throughout his career, he has assisted individual business owners as well as local, regional and national sales organizations. He has built his reputation on his sales and marketing, finance, strategic planning and management development skills.

Throughout his professional career, Rich has focused on improving his problem solving, organizational, communication, client satisfaction and negotiating skills. After retiring as a senior executive in a worldwide financial services company, he decided to devote his energies and experience to assisting small business owners as a Murphy Business Franchise Owner.

Rich is passionate and fully committed to helping his clients achieve their goals. He is a US Air Force veteran and a graduate of the University of New Mexico, where he earned a Bachelor of Business Administration degree. He earned his Certified Financial Planner™ designation in 2006.
