Tim is a licensed real estate broker in South Carolina and Georgia and received his Bachelors degree in Economics from the University of Arizona, Tucson AZ. Raised in the Midwest Tims family operated several fast food franchises, a chain of drycleaners and several commercial properties. Tim has been active in food service businesses for nearly 25 years including the following areas: franchise fast food operations, fine dining operations in the Southwest, hotel food & Beverage in Vail CO, and high volume restaurant management in the Charleston area. The Charleston office was established in 1999 and services the Lowcountry areas from Charleston to Hilton Head Island. The Savannah office is newly established and services all of coastal Georgia.
