Ronald A. Hoxter (CPA, CBI) is President of Mill Creek Partners. Ron has completed dozens of business sales transactions, ranging in size from $500 thousand to $15 million over the past eight years.
Ron has been involved in mergers and acquisitions and business brokerage since leaving the Chilton Company, a Radnor-based $250 million publishing subsidiary of Walt Disney, in 1997. He was involved in the sale of the Chilton Company to Reed Elsevier for over $500 million in 1997.
While at Chilton, he held a variety of management positions over a fourteen-year period, the last being Senior Vice President with general management responsibility for several divisions of the company. He joined the Chilton Company as Chief Financial Officer in 1984 from Revlon where he had held a Controller's position.
Ron had a variety of financial and general management positions prior to Disney and Revlon with Pfizer Pharmaceuticals and Arthur Andersen & Co.
He holds an MBA from Columbia University and is a New York State CPA. Mr. Hoxter is a CBI, a Certified Business Intermediary, the highest level of certification from the International Business Brokers Association of competence in the business brokerage profession.
