In addition to his business brokerage duties, Gary manages the independent Pacific Northwest office of Performance Metrics. This firm provides client companies with services aimed at "turning management issues into management controls." The two activities dovetail nicely, he reports, because of the need for business and financial analysis in business acquisition and sales. Performance Metrics develops and administers business performance measurement systems, bringing out "the meaning behind the numbers."
An experienced business owner and manager himself, Gary has launched, built, and sold businesses large and small for his own account over the past 20 years. Gary's background includes service as Chairman and CEO of a national business unit of a Fortune 500 company.
