Mr. Assads background consists of a wide variety of business and financial experiences including over 15 years in the Investment Banking & Securities Industry. He was Vice President and a General Principal, of a Registered Investment and Consulting firm. He served as a Divisional Manager with Dun & Bradstreet in their business credit and reporting division. Mr. Assad was Vice President & Regional Manager for Concord Growth Corporation serving small to medium size businesses in asset based and accounts receivable lending. He was a project manager for Perry Johnson Registrars, a third party audit firm for businesses registered to the ISO 9000/QS-9000 standards.
Thomas directed and hosted a radio program called Business Talk Live on WERE 1300 AM in Cleveland, Ohio featuring renowned business and civic leaders. He has written several articles for the business section of the Cleveland Plain Dealer, Ohios largest newspaper, and has been recognized and featured by COSE, Council of Smaller Enterprises, a division of the greater Cleveland Growth Association.
Mr. Assad has held licenses in the Securities, Real Estate and Insurance Industries. He has owned and operated his own businesses, and is currently a principal in Lazarus & Company LLC.

Mr.Farinas experiences has largely been in the real estate industry since 1964, where he established one of the largest and successfully run real estate companys in Northeastern Ohio. As CEO & President, he was responsible for overseeing the growth and development for the company, which he developed into a multi-branch organization, employing 185 sales associates and producing over $6 million dollars in gross revenues.
Richard is a shareholder and holds the position of Director in National Appraiser Realtors Institute of Amherst,Ohio. A school for development, education and training of real estate appraisers.
Mr. Farina is a shareholder and Director of Sales of Toy Boxes, a unique toy supply company, delivering systems, designed for child safely and sanitized toys to varies hospitals and insitutions.
Richard holds numerous designations in National, State and Local organizations such as, The National Realtor Association, NARI, he is a Senior Appraiser, and presently active in several Business and Commercial opportunity groups.
Mr. Farina is a principal in the Lazarus Financial Group, which assists clients in the Buying and Selling of businesses, providing them with an evaluation on the business.
