Charles has been president of the National Limousine Association on two different occasions. He has served on The NLA Board for several years and continues to be an affiliate member of the NLA with a membership spanning about 25 years. Charles is also a member of both the Texas & International Business Broker Associations.

Charles has written many columns and has had his articles featured in Limousine Charter & Tour, Limousine Digest, Transportation Leader, Bus Ride, Black Car News, and other industry publications.
