Katrina Loftin Winkel manages BTI Groups Nevada office and has been involved in mergers and acquisitions since 1992. Over the years, she has handled number of transactions including privately held automobile dealerships, manufacturing, distribution, and service and hospitality companies.
Katrina previously has owned and operated multiple businesses including an automobile dealership, auto pawn business, and a hotel and motel with and without gaming.
Katrina is a member of the International Business Brokers Association (IBBA), WINevada, and is a charter member of the Nevada Business Brokers Association (NBBA). Additionally, she has served on the Board of Directors and is a former officer of the Carmichael Chamber of Commerce, and is the cofounder and past chair of the River City Classic Car Show, a classic car show which raised funds for childrens charities. Katrina is also a member of the Reno Sparks Chamber of Commerce and serves on the Business License Task Force committee for the City of Reno.
Out of more than 100 agents, Loftin was awarded Top Listing Agent in 2004. Loftin Winkel also earned the distinction of Top Producer for 2004, 2005, 2006, 2007 and 2008.
