Her career has encompassed working in sales for ten years for Fortune 500 companies as well as facility scheduler for the largest video and film production studio in the Midwest for fourteen years. For the past ten years she has been project manager supervising custom home construction projects from inception to completion for several speculation builders and developers investing in the Lake of the Ozarks area. FNBC® Lake of the Ozarks charges no front fees to Buyers or Sellers for its services, but is paid a commission by the Seller at closing on most transactions. We do accept consulting contracts from time to time, to represent Buyers or Sellers, at their request, on special projects. But, on the majority of projects, our services are offered to the parties as an accommodation.
