Larry G. Vaughn, Broker/Owner, is a graduate of Purdue University and the Harvard University Graduate School of Business. He holds broker licenses in Indiana and Kentucky and specializes in business brokerage. Prior to starting Beacon Business Exchange he owned a high tech manufacturing company with 110 employees, plus thirteen cable television systems in Indiana and Michigan. He is active in several professional and civic organizations and serves on the board of directors for the Boy Scouts of America, Central Region. He is an avid blue water sailor and private pilot. Larry was named Realtor of the Year in 2004 by the Indiana Association of Realtors.
Doug Boehme joined the team in 2007. He is a graduate of Wright State University with a bachelors degree in business. Doug has over 20 years of prior successes within high technology companies where he has held various sales and senior sales management positions. Working in both small and large companies, he has lead sales teams, integrated merged companies, and been involved in turning around failed companies. His real interest though, has always been the counseling and coaching side of management. Leaving the corporate world in 2004, Doug became a franchise broker - placing buyers with franchise businesses. Working with buyers and sellers for Beacon is natural fit. He is a licensed real estate saleperson (Indiana).
John Blayney is a licensed real estate broker (Indiana) and has been a full time business broker since 1999. He specializes in service related industries, as well as working with first time buyers.
