Romeo Mura has experience that spans business for sale, office, retail, industrial, and residential brokerage, development, and civil engineering. He recently represented several business for sale, high volume portfolios of major local, national, and international corporations in their real estate transactions throughout the Central and Eastern regions of the United States.

Background

Mura has represented the real estate interests of individuals and corporate clients in Central and Eastern regions of the country and has had an integral part of the transaction team to deliver the full range of services on an as-needed basis for build-to-suits, dispositions, and tenant representation.

Prior to joining Stonegate Commercial Real Estate, Mura was Managing Partner at Mohr Partners for eight years in Chicago, Illinois. Previously, as owner of Real Estate Exchange, Mura provided commercial and corporate brokerage and consulting services through a unique combination of civil engineering, development, construction and sales experience. Mura has been involved in residential, industrial, office and retail properties for 28 years and has personally represented many fine individuals and companies such as Everest Health Care, Federal Express, Reno Health Group, ACE, Beatrice Foods, Libbey Owens Ford and United Development, to name a few. These transactions ranged in size from 1,000 to 630,000 square feet, as well as a number of significant land sales ranging up to 200 acres. . Mura has also successfully sold 2,240 acres of land and has sold or leased more than $470 million worth of business, office, retail, and industrial properties over the last 21 years.

Prior to his involvement in real estate development and brokerage, Mura was a civil engineer for four years practicing throughout the Midwest. He coordinated the foundation, engineering and design for Bethlehem Steel’s Burns Harbor office and production facility, which is the United States’ largest, and was also involved with the design and construction of dams for Boise Cascade in their resort communities throughout the United States.
