John Chesny is the Broker/owner of Sunbelt DuPage, and has extensive experience in franchising, business sales, deal structuring, as well as business ownership.
John has worked as District Franchise Salas Manager for the Prudential Real Estate Affiliates, and spent 5 years as National Franchise Director of a nationwide Maid service company.
John has also owned a number of businesses including a Huntington Learning Center, and he started and built a 13 store chain of retail stores.
He is a graduate of Elmhurst College, where he majored in Marketing. John, his wife Laura, and their daughter Zoey live in Naperville.
John is joined in his office by an all star team of agents, each with their own impressive resumes. Every broker on staff has at one time or another, owned their own business.
