Martin Wolf, President, founded EEI in 1969 after a number of years in a public accounting practice. Originally organized as a commercial real estate and real estate syndication enterprise, EEI evolved into an active business brokerage in the late 1980's. Mr. Wolf has a degree in accounting from Bryant College.
Ronald L. Heffers joined EEI in 1995 with over 20 years experience in consulting, merchant banking and corporate positions in the areas of acquisitions, finance, strategic planning, and general management. He has participated in acquisitions with an aggregate value of over $600 million. Mr. Heffers has an MBA from Cornell University and an undergraduate degree from Colgate University.
