He is an expert in hotel/motel management, marketing, brokerage, financing, turnaround & crisis management, renovations, development and construction. Past positions include President and Chairman of GlobeSource/LeisureTime Inc., Denver; Senior Portfolio Manager - Hotel Assets, 1st Nationwide Bank, Denver and San Francisco; President & CEO, American Guesthouse Hotels, Inc., San Antonio, TX; Executive Vice President, Zurich International Inc., San Antonio, TX; Hilton Hotel Co., Chicago, IL. He holds graduate degrees in business and tourism marketing from the Academy of World Trade (University of Vienna), Vienna, Austria, and an undergraduate degree in Hotel Administration from the Hotel School in Salzburg.

Ms. McLellan has a background of more than 20-years in commercial lending, asset management, loan workout, hotel/motel management, commercial property management, real estate brokerage, construction supervision, concept conversions, human resources, corporate management, accounting and public relations. His experience includes property management, hotel and motel management, asset management, investment properties, project analysis, development, and receiverships. Previously he held positions as Senior Vice President, GlobeSource, Inc., Phoenix, AZ, and President of Cal-Pacific Realty, Inc., Phoenix, AZ. He also had managed the in-house brokerage division of Home Federal Savings & Loan Association in Los Angeles, CA. Mr. Iwamoto attended Arizona State University and Valley College in Phoenix.
