Background:
Dick Winter has been doing mergers and acquisitions for over 25 years. He has a degree in accounting from the University of Illinois in addition to attending UCLA in post graduate studies. He as been chief financial officer in 3 different companies with budgets from $30,000,000 to $70,000,000. Dick has authored 2 business/financial books and he has purchased and sold several companies personally, so he understands the buyers and sellers needs. With his extensive accounting and financial knowledge and his merger and acquisition experience, he is often called upon as an expert witness in court for business valuations.
Mike Grande has over 22 years of combined experience in business ownership, financial analysis, business valuations, acquisition and divestures, strategic planning and management consulting. Mike has served as Head of Consulting for a national Accounting and Consulting firm and has worked with over 100 clients in the $1 to $100 million annual sales range. He has a degree in management from the University of Oregon and an MBA from the University of Denver. He studied international business at the University of London, is a Certified Management Consultant and is on the Board of Directors of several companies. He has also personally purchased and sold a large marine dealership in Colorado.
Warren Nadolsky has been involved in the start-up of several staffing related organizations, including practices in accounting/finance, information technology, light industrial and sales/marketing. In the process, he was involved in the divestiture of information technology and light industrial staffing firms. Previously, he worked as a manager in the audit practice for one of the Big-Four accounting firms. Warren has a Bachelors of Business Administration degree from the University of Iowa.
Micah Day does research/marketing at RMBA. After graduating from Baylor University with a degree in Entrepreneurship and a minor in French, he took a year off to serve in the Peace Corps. He spent his time working with the local government in a village in Albania called Pojan. Micah serves in numerous roles with RMBA, including preparing marketing presentation packages and finding new prospects! Micah's entrepreneurial drive is what drew him to RMBA.
