Jack McLeskey is internationally recognized as one of the foremost authorities on the transfer of private business equities. Jack started in the business of selling businesses in Sacramento in 1982 with the advent of Business Investment Group (BIG). In two years BIG became Corporate Investment International and remained the dominate force in business sales throughout Northern California until merging into C-21 and the Select Group of Companies in 1998. Soon after the transition Jack became Managing Director of Century 21 Select R.E., Inc. Commercial Division. During his tenure with the Select Group McLeskey served on the Century 21 National Commercial Advisory Board and taught Business Brokerage to hundreds of Century 21 agents throughout the United States.
Recently Jack and several associates parted company with Select and joined forces with Coldwell Banker Commercial Bosanek and Flores. McLeskey assumed the Managing Director of Sales position. McLeskey is a licensed real estate broker in the State of California and has been involved with business sales and acquisitions since the early 80s. He is a past Director of the Institute of Certified Business Consultants, past President and Director of Corporate Investment Associates, Past Member of the Century 21 Commercial Advisory Board and co-founder of the Northern California Association of Business Intermediaries. Jack frequently is asked to speak at national seminars and has proved to be a very entertaining and informative guest on radio talk shows.
