With over 11 years of combined professional experience in business brokerage, manufacturing and commercial real estate, Al Ladesic has developed specialized expertise in Business Brokerage, Industrial Hygiene, Process Engineering, Manufacturing Operations, and Quality Engineering. Al has acted as a business consultant for the Tucson Urban Leagues Micro-Enterprise Project, where he assisted local entrepreneurs and business owners with developing and improving their business models and operations.
During his commercial real estate career he worked as a Market Analyst with Marcus & Millichap, and as a consultant, investment and market analyst for a Scottsdale-based real estate investment firm where he evaluated and valued office and hospitality projects throughout the Southwest and Western United States. His responsibilities also included the management of consulting relationships with a major west coast brokerage firm, generating approximately one-quarter of million dollars in annual revenue.
Al has a BS in Chemical Engineering from the University of Pittsburgh, and earned an MBA from the University of Arizona, with a focus in Finance. Additionally, Al is an Accredited Business Intermediary, a Business Broker Specialist, and he holds his real estate license in Arizona.
