Business Valuations - Senior Business Analyst with data, resources and experience to provide valuations for acquisitions, buyouts, legal and financing needs. Certified Appraisal Services - USPAP Compliant equipment appraisals for insurance, sales, legal and financial needs. Master Certified Equipment Appraisal. Deal Packaging - We provide Comprehensive Business Reviews (Sales Packages) for clients and brokers nationally. We have the nations only automated process for extracting financial data from seller's accounting software and build detailed sales packages for main street and lower M&A market business transactions. Commercial Real Estate Sales - We are a stand-alone business brokerage and valuation company but, are part owners in a commercial real estate company. We handle commercial real estate sales, lease negotiations and business sales that are attached to real estate. It takes a special set of skills to provide true commercial, commercial lease and business brokerage services under one roof. Many companies providing services such as real estate market themselves as commercial or business brokers. We have each of the necessary accreditation, experience and services to provide true professional services. Transaction/Intermediary Services - We provide transactional business sales services for buyers or sellers who have a potential deal together but need documentation, transition and legal closing services such as asset releases, UCC-1 filings, bill of sale, notes and other related services to properly handle business sales transactions. Our service fee includes transaction fees, closing costs, transactional attorney legal fees.
