Len Krick, the owner of Sunbelt Business Brokers Las Vegas office, is a ten-year Las Vegas resident, holds a BA in Economics from Muhlenberg College, and two degrees from UNLV, including an MBA. Len is a Certified Business Intermediary ("CBI"), a Merger & Acquisition Master Intermediary ("M&AMI"), and holds a Nevada Real Estate Broker License. Mr. Krick has over twenty years of business and business consulting experience. He was cofounder of two companies, and played a key role in their successful initial public offerings on NASDAQ in 1989 and 1992. In the early 1980s, Krick was an Associate in the Leisure Time Industries consulting group of Laventhal & Horwath, CPAs' Las Vegas office. He also taught several courses at UNLV. Later, he was Senior VP of the Dunes Hotel and Country Club, in Las Vegas, and Senior VP for Development with Casino Magic Corp. in Mississippi. Len's goal is provide the highest level of professionalism and confidentiality, while minimizing the time and stress typically experienced in negotiating the transfer of ownership of privately-held businesses. Mr. Krick is an active member, moderator and speaker for the International Business Brokers Association ("IBBA"), the Las Vegas Business Forum, and the Las Vegas CFO Group.
