We're excited about the opportunities for both sites to work together to maximize the exposure for our clients, and to offer unparalleled service and lead volume to members of both sites. With the two top business-for-sale marketplaces part of one family we will be able to share marketing strategies, which will increase traffic to each of the websites. In addition, by the end of March we expect to be able to support brokers who are members of both sites by exporting listings that are entered into BizBuySell to BizQuest.

Will the websites be combined?

No. BizQuest and BizBuySell will continue to operate as independent websites, so that we can maximize our online reach and cast the widest possible net to capture buyer leads on your behalf. We will continue to market each brand independently and drive traffic to your listings on each site.

Why should I be a member of both sites?

To realize the full benefit of this combined network you will need to maintain a separate membership on both BizBuySell and BizQuest.

• BizBuySell and BizQuest will continue to operate independently, thus ensuring we maximize traffic to our broker members and their listings, so it is imperative that you maintain your current broker memberships on both sites. 
• Each website attracts a different audience of buyers and by advertising on both websites you will gain maximum exposure for your businesses for sale.   An independent analysis by ComScore Media Metrix showed that there is very little overlap in the audiences of BizBuySell.com and BizQuest.com. In fact, when looking at the combined audience of both websites, ComScore Media Metrix reports that 90% of that audience uses one site or the other and only 10% use both.

Why should I put my ads on both sites?

The only way to receive exposure on both BizBuySell and BizQuest is to post your businesses for sale on both websites.

If I am a member of BizBuySell do I get a discount on BizQuest?

In order to receive exposure on both websites, you will need to have at least a basic/standard membership to each website. Basic/standard memberships will not be discounted. However, beginning this Spring we are excited to offer a new level of Premium membership to those brokers who are members of both websites. This new Premium level of membership will provide premium benefits for both your BizBuySell and BizQuest accounts. We will provide more details as they become available.

Will I need to add my listings to each site separately?

For the time being, you will still need to enter your listings on each website separately. However, we are excited to announce that we are working on a tool that would allow brokers who are members of both websites to enter their listings on BizBuySell and share a copy of that listing to their BizQuest account. We will be launching this tool in March 2010.

How do I access my accounts?

You will access your BizBuySell and BizQuest accounts the same way that you always have. As we move forward look for us to begin streamlining operations to best serve you.

How will the charges appear on my credit card statement?
