“Camano Lodge” is a well-established family restaurant and pub, centrally located on Camano Island’s Kristofferson Lake. Camano Lodge, opened in October of 2007, and is owned and operated by Diamond Knot Brewing Co., Inc., (“Diamond Knot”). Camano Lodge is a popular restaurant destination and this opportunity to purchase this well-known business is exclusive of the land and buildings where it is located.
Camano Lodge operates on real property owned by Camano Adventures, LLC, (the Landlord”) which is subject to an assignable 10-year lease agreement between Landlord and Diamond Knot, which commenced on July 1, 2013, and shall terminate on June 30, 2023. The land and buildings owned by Camano Adventures, LLC, are not included in this offering and are not being actively marketed.
Diamond Knot’s primary business operations are located approximately 40 miles south of the Camano Lodge, in Mukilteo, Washington, and Diamond Knot wishes to consolidate its businesses geographically, thus the sale of Camano Lodge. The use of the "Camano Lodge" name and brand are included with this asset sale.
Camano Lodge has grown more profitable each year of its operations by Diamond Knot. Located on Camano Island, an island accessible by bridge, Camano Lodge is nestled among tall evergreens with a view of a pristine lake, a true gem of a location. Camano Lodge lies within eight miles of two premier Washington State Parks, Cama Beach State Park, and Camano Island State Park. Cama Beach features 24 standard cabins, seven deluxe cabins, and two bungalows; Camano State Park offers 88 campsites and a 100 person group site, all overlooking beautiful Saratoga Passage. Both parks are open year round and attract visitors throughout the state and beyond. With only two restaurants on the entire island, the Camano Lodge has been and continues to be a great destination for both residents and guests alike.
