This business has provided IT Consulting services in Arizona and other states for 7yrs, for several large customers and many small to mid sized ones. It has absolutely zero debt, excellent credit, vendor partnerships with close to 100 of the most notable manufacturers, Distributor partnerships with the 3 largest product distributors, and NET30 terms with a credit limit from the 2 largest of those product distributors. The business has recurring income from customers who make use of our advanced monitoring and remote access solution (valued at $20,000 in licensing alone, not including hardware), which also drives break-fix, upgrades, and automates a great deal of work that we used to do manually. In addition there's recurring income from renewals (antivirus, backups, etc...), and normal hardware upgrades, refreshes, and projects. This company generates immediate profits, with room to grow at no additional cost. It has been profitable since day 1, and has the potential to triple existing income from monthly recurring services alone (by utilizing the remaining monitoring and remote access licenses). All of the infrastructure is already established and full operational (mail server, antivirus server, anti-SPAM solution, wireless firewall, web servers with company web site and company knowledge base, domain controllers, server virtualization platform, backup solutions, etc...), allowing you to start making money immediately and scale to as many employees a large number of employees.
