which bank do SBA loan? How much their fee?How long it takes to approve and settle?

I'm looking SBA loan directly to Well known Bank such as Bank of America,Wachovia, TD Bank, Citizens Bank...etc. Do you think how much their fee? What is the requirements? How long it takes to approve and could delivere the funding to the table? If deal falls apart are there any fee I have to pay? what is the options ...any better idea...cheaper and faster with low down for buying business finance.

All of the banks you mentioned are SBA lenders, however not all SBA lenders have the same lending criteria, so it will depend on your specific loan request as to what bank(s) will be willing to make a loan to you.
