You will have to look at the financial documents and calculate the EBIDTA. Register for free on Biz2Credit( and chose the case manager option to get all the financial documents evaluated from the prespective of underwriting criteria of the banks.

The best thing to do is to ask the seller how much the discretionary cash is. That will tell you what your profits are after ALL expenses.
