Mr. Trammell, is there a reason why an absentee owner business needs to be in Charlotte NC? I do have two available for under $100K, but, they are located in the Southwest. If it doesn't really matter where the absentee ownership opportunity is located, please contact me at mgoebel9@gmail.com.
Kind Regards

This may or may not be for you, but we've been working with a NYSE company that's been rated as one of the top 200 Small Business in America by Forbes for the last 13 years. We've been able to expand across the nation, from out home and help millions of people. Right now over 1.5 million families use our product. I'm a contractor that's been looking for a business to build on a part time basis. My wife & I have been working the business for 12 months and are now financially ready to do it full time. Not only are we making very good money, but we're having fun too. Let me know what you think: grnegz@yahoo.com

Sorry, I should have included in my posting that I'm not interested in franchises.
