VIncent, we are expert Brokers, but I would not say we are specifically experts in ecommerce. We have sold one and have one listed. The one listed has generated very positive results, but no sale due to its extremely narrow niche.
Through those two listings, we have generated a fair group of potential Buyers, all of whom are well positioned and capable of executing these kinds of deals. (That is to say, we have weeded out a lot of riff-raff; financing for these kinds of deals is the killer!)
