Bringing the Business, Community, and Natural Environments Together
MI

Hello Mr. Ethier,

I have the vision, concepts, and plans that brings business and the community together.
The vision is Sustainability, and the concept is a Family Restaurant focused on nutrition and culinary innovation with a Farmers/Crafters Market on the same site. This is the first phase and will bring in $2M the first year and a projected $10M by the 5th year. Plans to open new locations every 2-3 years. First 2 locations have been chosen.
An investment on agreed terms of $600k is needed to purchase the carefully selected property perfect for this venture and an additional $300k is needed to cover all costs needed to open the doors.

I have a growing dedicated team with over 4 decades of experience.
Invest in the future and quality of life.
Let's talk.
