if i hire a biz broker to buying a biz. how could i trust that broker would truely help me.

for a biz buying beginers, their fund is limiting and no experiers ,you know they don't want to risky their money to buy a biz .they wanner invest on sth, but they have no idear, they truely need help.

I agree with Don. You need to do some due diligence, including talking to people he or she has helped. Also ask the broker about his or her contacts in the industry, the fee structure (which should be reasonable) and request a list of representative transactions in which he or she was involved.
