i need a personal loan for about 12000.00 i make 1500.00 a week before taxes i have 6000.00 in an annuity

i need a 12000.00 personal loan but i filed bankrupcy a few years a go after a divorce and just cant get any finaicing i make 1500.00 a week before taxesalso have 6000.00 in annuty that if i take outwould get hit with 30% interest but im willing to use for collatarel it grows about 5000.00 a year through my union fund my bills are paid on time but i just cant get ahead with with two kids and child support i can make monthly payments but have no where to turn please any positve feed back will help...
