ALSO I AM THE ONLY 1 HAS BIGGEST LOT IN INTIRE 10 MILE HIGH END SHOPING AREA , I SHOULD SELL LAND OR BUILT MOTEL BESTWESTERN, ECONOMY BED , SAMS CLUB JUST BOUGHT SHOPPING CENTER TO BUILD SMAS CLUB IN 06/2011 ,HOME DEPOT LAND HIGHEST PRICE PAID WAS $1.2 MILLION PER ACRE IT RECORED AT CITY BY BYUER PAID $1.2 MILLON PER ACRE , MARKET IS NOW DOWN, NOW I CAN NOT HOLD LAND SO LONG ALSO I AM NOT ABLE TO GET FINNCE ON PROJECT, I NEED ADVISER OR BUYER OR INVESTER, THIS LAND CAN BE WORTH $24 MILLION SOON OR LATER , ITS HOME DEPOT OUT PARCEL WITH EASEMENT TO HOME DEPOT ITS REDAY TO GO PROJECT , I AHVE $3.0 MILLION IN PROJECT , RIGHT ADVISE PLEASE , OR JOINVANTURE , OR INVETER TO TAKE OVER
