Sukhjinder, Financing of commercial businesses is always in the realm of the local lenders, albeit there are some national players and private equity type funds that also might throw their hats in the ring. But, in general, your best bet is the local lender, usually the community banks. I backyard is Georgia but I have established business relationships with lenders in all state where I would venture.
