Biz2Credit finances a large no. gas station deals and can help you to locate and finance a gas station. If you use 100k as downpayment you can buyb a gas station worth around 500- 600k. We have a large no. of gas stations in Mid west which you can buy.

If you want assistance with financing give me a call. I am an experienced banker at a fortune 100 firm (merrill lynch) who now arranges financing. More so, I have direct experience lending to one-unit operators to large travel centers. I am an advisor first and intermediary 2nd. I assist from start though funding. I have attended the U. of MI and Northwestern and have an Accounting background. I am working on a few other gas stations loans at this moment as well, so I have an open dialogue with lenders regarding gas/c-store financing. Todd 312-488-3505
