If you have customers that one of your competitors would really want to have, then the profits available from these "good" customers, and the (possibly transferable) relationships could be the basis for offering your business for sale to one or more competitors. You should know who these are, since they compete with you every day for the same customers. Show the competitors you approach how to make money if they work with you to get your customer's needs filled.
