People don't buy businesses. They buy cashflows. ODCF. SDE. Or whatever you want to call it. So it comes down to how much is that cashflow worth on the market currently?

If the route is not generating any cashflow, then you are buying the machines and inventory. That calls for a different type of valuation.

I don't know anything about vending routes but my guess is that they sell for about 55 to 65% of gross sales.
