givig my business away for health reasons with zero debt

I have been running this business for a while. I have to let go of it because of health reasons. I am literally giving it away instead of shutting it down.

It requires minimal overhead with a proven business model. Investment is also minimal. It is the office furnishing industry. Things are picking up.

You can run it from home or a store front. It has 20K in sales in the pipeline for this month with 7K in profits that i am willing to pass along.

I will be available to train you and assist you full time for 30 days. I will teach you everything i learned the past decade in this business. I am hoping to sell it before my surgery first week of june.

If interested please email me for more details

thank you

If you are still looking to give away or sell your business, please contact me. I'm a business broker and consultant that would be able to help you either turn it over to someone who will continue to build up the business or possibly allow you to keep it in some manner.

Hi Sam,

I agree with one of the previous responding parties. Maybe there is a way you could provide some benefit while stepping away from your business.

I would very much like to speak with you. I would entertain possibly taking over and then donating a part of the profits each month to a charity of your choice (possibly one that works with whatever condition you may have)for some amount of time. Or possibly some other way for some of your hard work to benefit something that may be important to you.

I also have experience in office design, layout, furniture procurement and efficiency design work. If this would be beneficial in your business, I would absolutely like to speak with you.

Please contact me at

Thank you, Jack M.

Hello Sam, how are you doing?

Your posting immediately flagged my interest, let's make this profitable for both of us.
Giving away your business is a great idea to keep it running and help someone else out as well, but how would you like giving away your business with a contract to pay you monthly dividends on the companies cash flow? You get all the benefits of getting this money maker off your hands, but still receive a nice monthly cash flow simply for doing nothing.

Send me an e-mail if you want to donate the company to me, to an eager young business owner who can do great things for the company and increase revenue quickly.

You can reach me at 503-910-0174 or

Thank you,
