While an attorney will cost you up front, you can save a lot of headaches and money in the long run. I have preprinted forms, but all preprited generic forms are not made for your paticular seller

Patrick, I've seen a number of these forms floating around on the internet and honestly many of them do not provide adequate protection for the seller. Rather than prepare the form yourself, I think your best bet would be to talk to an attorney who can prepare the form for you. You'll have to hire an attorney anyway in order to draft the purchase agreement and close the deal so it's a good idea to get them involved at the beginning of the process.
