Your question is incomplete yet as I understand when the buyer calls or responds to your ad on internet first step is to know his or her whereabout and also get him signed a nondisclosure for the confidentiality of the listing as you will expose lot of confidential information about seller's business so you create a nondisclosure of your own company so that if the buyer screw you and go directly the seller you could still collec your commission. So why you will enter somebody's else NDA it has to be your nda with your name on it and your compny name and logo and phone number.
