Hi Mr. MacLeod. I'm selling one in case you are interested. But, to answer your question, you should probably ask to see how long they have been in business and if they say they have patents or tradenames etc., ask to see certificates. Anything that proves value. Thanks

We own our own internet business, you need to make sure you see the tax returns of the last few years. Also they should have records of each transaction/online order. You can compare, Jan. 2007 to jan. 2008...or July 2009 compare with August 2009...The business need to be consistant...(but realize that sales have been less during the last 2 years..Hope this helps.
