buying a business

hi there im 19 years old and well i want to go to school but i refuse to take out a loan i feel there is no roi with a college degree but there is in buying an actual business im looking to buy something thats online like an amazon ebay or something but the problem is that i only make 10.50 per hours and well saving 30k+ for a business will take me long time so if i where to find a business that looks promising could i present the business to the bank and ask for the loan will they even listen to me since im only 19
the only reason i do not start my own is becouase i work 7 days a week 20 hours a day so there is really no time to do all the work but if i find something that has already been there a while i feel like i may be able to take a couple hours off work and work on that business and eventually quit working there to do this full time.
sorry im really new at this. to put this in small words basiccly i want to find a business and try to get a loan

btw i have no assets,litt

Allan, if I understand this correctly, you have no advance education; at 19 you probably have little in the way of practical, management experience; you have no savings; you have no ability to work intensely at anything outside of your current job, which I take it you feel is limited, in terms of future potential... Is that correct?

With all due respect, your wishes do not meet with reality.

You are looking for a lender to give you money with no funds of your own, background and no proven ability. No bank is going to do that. It is that simple. In fact, the only way to get money for that kind of purpose is if your favorite Aunt either gives you a gift of money, or dies and leaves it to you in her will.

This is an attempt to be a bit humorous in my answer, because I do not really mean to be nasty; but business acquisition and funding is not like a sitcom, where you suddenly resolve all problems within a 30 minute time cycle. There is little in the way of a "quick fix" for identifying and funding a business. It is a matter of setting long term goals and short term strategies, in order to achieve the kinds of goals you want. Even people who appear to be "overnight" successes are most often the product of long years of learning and applying skills that suddenly seem to coalesce into something fruitful. I may be wrong, but you have not offered anything that would suggest you have the abilities to even manage a company, if you are lucky enough to find that rare set of circumstances you are seeking.

Your intentions are good; but your methods and hopes are unrealistic. I am not being critical, as much as I am trying to suggest to you that you really need to walk, before you run.
