Where to find a business partner?

I am a veteran and a business owner. I have just passed my one year mark in business as a auto broker/ dealer/ detail shop and I am looking for a partner. Running the business by myself is limiting the potential rate of growth and I would like to grow! Best case scenario would be partnering with an honest mechanic and growing into a one stop brokerage, detail shop, and mechanic shop which would cut down on overhead because of the overlapping fixed costs and increase revenue. Really beneficial for both of us and the company! I just do not know how to find someone, and how to find someone honest? Please help!!! I work around the clock and I love giving my sweat equity, I am just looking for someone with similar ambition.

Good luck finding someone with your work ethic in the short term. Underneath, I believe if you had the funds to expand your business to include auto repair you would prefer to hire an expert mechanic and put together a promising compensation package to keep the honest, honest!
